I loved eating pig innards, especially braised pig innards as it is very flavourful. He Ji is one stall that I will frequent if I am at this hawker centre. A set of ingredients and kway costs $3.50. The ingredients include the usual like small and big intestines, pig skin, tau pok, pork belly and an egg(sliced into halves). I like that the stall owner uses relatively leaner pork belly. The small and big intestines are very clean too, no “smell”. The chilli is also quite nice and adds some spicyn
