When the friendly aunty passed me my kueh, it's still warm and could feel from the sides of the kueh that they are crispy! I rushed home immediately. Quite oil as it's deep fried, but was packed in paper bags to absorbed the oil.

Texture is great, firm but not hard. Tasty with big chunks of yam inside. Thumbs up!
