I came here to take away the braised tofu with mixed vegetable to share it with my partner. Those pieces of egg tofu were nicely fried to give it the texture before braised it with different types of vegetable and mushroom. I could even find chunky pieces of yam together with roasted meat in this dish. The sauce was very flavorful with a nice eggy taste. It complemented the tofu as well as other ingredients and go well with the rice.
