Brought a bowl of the you mian from this stall at kou foo. I was quite impress by the speed that they prepared this bowl of you mian in about less than 5 minutes time. The soup base is well boiled and seasoned and has a light ikan bills fragrance. As for the noodle, it has a soft and QQ texture and would prefer it to be cook for a bit longer time. I was quite impress by the speed that they prepared this bowl of you mian in about less than 5 minutes time. The soup base is well boiled and seasoned and has a light ikan bills fragrance. As for the noodle, it has a soft and QQ texture and would prefer it to be cook for a bit longer time. Ingredients such as the vegetable and the minced pork are well cooked, but given in a small portion. Overall, quite a normal you mian, taste wise is acceptable and it cost $3.30 per bowl.
