we love kueh tutu. the ones here are not very good as they tend to get soggy and wet. the filling is rather wet and not very fragrant. the pastry is soft but sometimes too soft as the pastry gets wet easily and melts into a big mess. service is slow and not polite. costs about $3. they have other items like corn cups and dumplings and other steamed kuehs. there is never a queue here and we don't have to wonder why! not really recommended.
