This tiny cozy little eatery doesn't have too much seats in it, hence always crowded especially during lunch hours. Looking at the name of the place, one would know that it serves almost anything to do with Ocha (Japanese tea). They have promotion during lunch hours, where you order any soba, you get to buy the selected drinks for only $2. I ordered the Chasoba ($7.50), it actually served cold.
