I should say they should maintain the good itacho sushi standard in all outlets. Perhaps in Star Vista outlet, it's new, the service was slow & wrong orders taken. I have visited other outlets and always thought that their standards are of the same so I order quite a few dishes. Service in this outlet has to buck up!. Jellyfish is generally good but portion is little and overpriced.
We had the longest wait for this Unagi, I was wondering if they went to the nearest supermart and buy it and then cook it before serving us.
