The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC) is a nice place to just chill out with friends, and chat over drinks. But dining is another matter... You'll probably get better food at lower prices at other cafes / restaurants. The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC) is a nice place to just chill out with friends, and chat over drinks. But dining is another matter...  Overall, the experience at TCC was good. The ambience is relaxing yet comfortable and it's a place that serves quality service and food. I'd recommend this place for teabreak if you're a person who likes coffee, tea and nice cakes.
