I used to picked up my takeaway orders from Changi Airport T3 branch as there is easy parking. Since they closed down the My Bread and do not allow us to collect from other Crystal Jade Restaurant at the Airport, I ended having to go to Century Square.The Turkey was marinated with chopped herbs and spices. The Turkey was marinated with chopped herbs and spices. Surprisingly the meat was tender and was tasty. I used the leftover for salad and another time for fried rice.
The curry puff was made with puff pastry and the inside was filled with diced chicken which was not very spicy. It is the mini version of the normal curry puff. Suitable for those not used to spicy curry puff.
This puff pastry cup was filled with mashed potato and a sliced of smoked Salmon. A couple of this puff pastry will filled the stomach, This is best eaten on the day itself.
This drumlette is actually 1/2 a mid wing. and has a batter coating with lemongrass flavor. I heat it up in the oven so that it is crispy. The takeaway item was warm when I picked the items up as they are kept it in the warmer except for the salmon which is chilled.
The takeaway items are priced reasonably and can be items added to party so that you can save time to preparing so many dishes.
