This well known humble little Japanese food joint is run by hubby and wife who dedicate themselves in good service and food at a great price!As all might know or not, their unagi bento is the bang for your buck! As all might know or not, their unagi bento is the bang for your buck! It has recieved a lot of attention from print press, and by reading it you learn that the husband has worked several years back in the land of the rising sun, and now he brings ICHITEI to serve with his home-brewed sauce that is cooked for hours before serving it to you, spreading it above the unagi.
The unagi is so soft and juicy, thicker than most places. The rice is served with black sesame on top and fresh salad is to accompany the whole part.
Service can be a bit slow since it's only by the both of them and the wife being the only server.
Truly the place to get your unagi fix at a price!
