 Cucumber jellyfish (chukakurage) salad

 Beef salad

Another very refreshing salad! The vegetables are so fresh they are really crunchy. I thought this wouldn't be filling enough for me since I bought this for lunch, but surprisingly the amount of beef given is generous. It actually did make for quite a good lunch. The sauce served on the side was really tasty.
