I cannot find a better cream puff. Imagine light pastry encasing a rich, sweet, cold cream. That's a Tampopo cream puff, and it's decently sized, not wimpy. Heard good reviews on the teatime cake and hence decided to try it. The texture is like chiffon cake, but lighter and more fluffy. What makes it really good is the cream inside, which is not too sweet but tasty and goes well with the extremely light chiffon. I think this is a must try for cake lovers!

After dinner, decided to grab some dessert. We bought 4 different kind of Tart Pudding, custard, milk tea, coffee and milk pudding. This was not my first time to eat this but first trying the rest of 3 pudding. It’s almost like an egg tart, albeit in an Japanese manner, so lets just call this the Japanese egg tart. I enjoyed every bite of the crispy tart, with the soft eggy custard sitting on top, it was not wow, but pretty good.

Tampopo Deli’s desserts are good! Love their fruit cream cake! Very colourful and attractive and just makes you cant bear to eat such a beautiful thing. The cake is also not very sweet, ideal for older people or those who prefer less sweet desserts. Their muffins are good too! Bought a few for breakfast with family.
