This roasted char siew was indeed nice. The char siew was fresh and there small layer of fats that was 'attached' to the meat, which improved on the overall taste. The rice was very soft and chewy which i liked it to goes with the sauce. I am not too sure what ingredients was added to the sauce, but it was very different from what i had eaten before; there is slight sweetness and saltiness at the same time.
