I went for the seafood fiesta buffet on Easter day back in March 2013. The buffet spread at the time was very comprehensive, there are a wide range of crabs available cooked in different sauces like chilli, green curry and black pepper. I am not too fond of crabs, so I ate its hot dishes as well as the japanese spread. Even though I am not really a fan of crab, I couldnt help but to try this cute crab pie which was served in a miniature saucer. While the taste was rather weird for me, it is an innovative way to present/cook crabs in a different form. I would recommend the braised sea cucumber with roasted pork for its hot dish which I am sure is frequently on its buffet menu. The sea cucumber is very tasty, and I had multiple servings of it. Another dish that I would recommend is the roast section, the hainanese chicken was rather good, it was tender. For desserts, that day we happened to have nonya kuehs which I enjoyed a lot as well. There are also ice creams and cakes and hot desserts like red bean soup. Service is also good as well, our plates are cleared promptly and water was topped up frequently as well.
