Poulet is located at the first floor of the extension of Jurong Point (JP2). Poulet's signature dish - Poulet Roti.

The combination of the chicken (marinated for 2 days) and mushroom chardonnay sauce was heavenly.

The escargot at Poulet was different from those that I had tasted. It wasn't as rich because there was a layer of tomato fondue at the bottom.

Their tiramisu was awesome. Covered completely with fine cocoa powder, underneath hide loads of bitter-sweet treasures. The lady's fingers are soaked in rum syrup and coffee. The mascorpone cheese is perfect when eaten together.

Price wise it is affordable.
