Disappointed with this dish.I believed this dish was prepared by an apprentice kitchen crew. The soft shell crab are served in bits and pieces. Burnt and very salty. Looking at the photo you will agree that it definitely don't look palatable nor presentable from well established restaurant. For the price of S$13.00, I would have opted for some tim-sum instead.We ate this dish together with the char siew fried rice and despite blending the rice with the soft shell crabs chunks, its still quiet

For the price of S$13.00, I would have opted for some tim-sum instead.

We ate this dish together with the char siew fried rice and despite blending the rice with the soft shell crabs chunks, its still quiet salty.

I was shocked that this unsatisfied quality of food can be served at Peach Garden.

Their service is okay but they need to look into the cooking quality of some of their dishes.
