I had set A on the menu ($6). In addition to the usual ingredients of Kway Chap, like eggs, fish cake, pigs organs, pig skin, there is also duck meat and beansprout, which might explain its slightly higher than average price. The meat is just nice flavored, salty dark soya taste but goes well when eaten together with the kway chap. Their flat rice flour sheet is smooth and soft. Not a fantastic dish, but a nice filling lunch.
