Many of my friends have been raving about Ramen Santouka for the longest time ever, and so I decided to give it a try when I was at Central. A bowl of ramen costs about $14, pretty standard, and the portion was also alright. I chose the shoyu ramen, in which the soup base is made from pork broth and soy sauce.
