It is my first visit to this dessert stall. It is a Taiwanese dessert stall. As I did not know what to order, I decided to get their signature dessert, the Blackball Signature. It is my first visit to this dessert stall. It is a Taiwanese dessert stall. As I did not know what to order, I decided to get their signature dessert, the Blackball Signature. I ordered the cold version. There are hot, cold, warm or icy versions to choose from. It is made up of yamQ, yam balls, pumpkin, sweet potato balls, glass jelly, red bean and pearls. The creamer is separately provided, something which I like because I can control how much I want to add to my dessert. The dessert is surprisingly delicious. The grass jelly is very very soft and the yam balls and sweet potato balls are chewy which creates different textures. The red beans are sweet and soft and eating everything together is a burst of flavours and textures. The environment here is rather noisy and the spaces are a little cramped so it is best to have the dessert then go somewhere else if you are planning to have a longer chat.
