Ingredients wise you get lean meat cuttlefish (yew yu), lean meat, kang kong and pig liver. Tip is to stir it up immediately once served coz that the piping hot temperature of the food cooks the ingredients further. Though the sauce loses out to east coast old recipe, its good enough to satisfy any satay beehoon craving. Thumbs up. Self service here though.
