I read a few articles about this Ah Siong Roast Duck at Springleaf Coffeeshop along Bedok South Avenue 3 and decided to try their roasted duck and meat. The roasted duck drumstick is over charred. The roast meat (Sio Bak) is not crispy and moist but rather dry so the same goes for the Char Siew as well. Both the roasted pork and the char siew combination are lean meat and sinewy, my family prefer meat with fats combination.
A packet of rice with both meat combination cost S$3.00 but I have requested for added ingredients and I paid only additional dollar total S$4.00.

So far among all the roasted duck I have tried, Rong Kee Roasted Delights is still top of my list.
