I was very drawn to the restaurant's name when I drove past the place. Determined to try out, BF and I made a tour from West to the East to have dinner there. We ordered the Steamed White Pomfret in Soy Sauce with Chai Po , Salted egg prawns and Stir-fry Nanbai in Garlic . White Pomfret - I do feel that the fish was not very fresh as I can taste the "fishy-ness", the soy sauce and chai po was however good and can be eaten on its own. Salted egg prawns - This was done in a little twist , different from the usual ones I eat. They coated a batter over the prawn to form sortof like a shell to hold the flesh of the prawn, and filled TONS of salted egg york in it. I like egg york but either I had a bit of a overdose after eating the third prawn @_@" .

Nanbai in Garlic - Nothing much , it was ok.

Perhaps we ordered the wrong fish and dishes this round, but I do want to try again next round and stick to the dishes recommended in various foodblogs.
