I love Katong Laksa. Actually, I don't eat other kinds of Laksa except for Katong Laksa. Different outlets and branches produce different standard, of course. I think most locals will immediately understand that "Katong Laksa" refers to a nyonya-style of cooking. 363 Katong Laksa is located at a corner of Holland Village, near to Provence bakery. This is a great substitute for those who live in the west and do not wish to travel all the way down to the east for the original and popular one. This is just as good.
