Visited this shop as i was walking around the area for sightseeing and decided to trode into the waterloo center. Was surprised to see a cake shop within such a place. According to the lady, we were suppose to have it at room temperature, Upon the first mouth, i was astounded by the wonderful combination of it's cream cheese and it's cake, with the rasins being really fruity and flavourful, yet it was not too sweet. I like the almonds on it's side too as it provided a more nutty experience.
Although i not a great fan of carrot cakes, i would say this cake has a really homely flavour to it. Would be looking forward to try the rest of the flavours like chocolate and red velvet cake sometime soon
