I think for this month reviews, i be posting quite a few different yu sheng cause it's chinese new year and i super love yu sheng!! =) For this one, i got it from Sushi Tei ( slightly over $40 after gst ) as a takeaway for a gathering at my friend's place. This is the basic smallest serving i could get but i must say it's quite a generous portion and 4 of us managed to finish it. I think there was this sweet sauce or oil which had additional packet and we just add in 1.5 packet of it. If not may be a bit too overwhelming for the taste! Salmon was of a decent size too. Overall can't go too wrong with a yu sheng from japanese restaurant.
