I think for this month reviews, i be posting quite a few different yu sheng cause it's chinese new year and i super love yu sheng!! =) For this one, i got it from Sushi Tei ( slightly over $40 after gst ) as a takeaway for a gathering at my friend's place. This is the basic smallest serving i could get but i must say it's quite a generous portion and 4 of us managed to finish it. I think there was this sweet sauce or oil which had additional packet and we just add in 1.5 packet of it. If not m

Overall can't go too wrong with a yu sheng from japanese restaurant.

Went Sushi Tei for a late dinner ... since I love chicken very much so I Ordered Curry Tori Karaage as for the husband he ordered a raman and we share salmon skins as well. Over here salmon skin was different from other Japanese restaurant that I had. It comes with little bite of the meat as well which taste different. My Tori Karaage - delicious the combination was good too ... but is a big plate of it which I can't finished. My husband's ramen was tasty too - not too salty which is to his liki

Sushi Tei is one of the better place to have Japanese food. Had the fish roe garlic fried rice, combination of sushi and Japanese hotpot with beef sukiyaki. The fish roe garlic fried rice is good to the last mouth with wok hei smell, definitely recommended to order. The combination of sushi is fresh with nothing to complain. The Japanese hotpot with sukiyaki came with a few options to add on but we were quite full. The beef is fresh and melt in the mouth, with the soup which is sweet and does no

Definitely one of my favourite Japanese restaurant with good good, good quality and reasonable prices.

Unagi Don was really tasty and don't let the small bowl deceive you the rice portion hidden underneath is a lot (pressed). Unagi is popular for increasing the male's libido and the "don" rice would be the carbohydrate/energy for a good "workout" ;)the pork katsu is very crispy, juicy and tender. the only bad thing about it was that it had little flavour which is a pity (asked for mayonaise for dipping).the ramen that I had was very Q and the soup was delish. It was quite a surprise to actually find that this new outlet as I was heading down for my regular laksa. The place was not really crowded, one of the quieter ones actually. Service was okay, got my food within expectations. Shared a paper steamboat with my colleague. Food was okay too. Love the soup very much! The meat is thin and tender too
