I have always wanted to check out this hawker stall that serves quality ramen at affordable prices! They used to be called Homebaked Dough but recently changed their name to Brothers Ramen. I added an egg for an additional of 50cents, which was so worth it as it turn out to be a flavoured kind of egg, not the normal ones. I love the texture of the noodles, which was very springy and cooked just right! The chashu is soft and the soup is full of flavour! I felt really satisfied after having such a delicious bowl of ramen and it's priced so reasonably!
