I ordered QQ Ramen, a dry version of Ban Mian at $3.30. The serving was big.

The QQ Ramen had a nice shallot oil fragrance. The noodles was springy and tasted similar to Japanese ramen. There was generous minced meat under the noodles, vegetables and also a braised egg. Braised sauce was added to the noodles.

Overall, the QQ Ramen tasted oily and delicious. The minced meat was marinated and the texture was tender. The braised egg fully absorbed the herbal sauce.
