Burp kitchen has a nice location at the neighbourhood of Bedok, great for those living in the east and near Bedok reservoir! I'm a westie so definitely it was a challenge to come here. Another great dish would be the Crabby Patty - $18, I love soft shell crab and salted egg so this was like the best of both worlds, all in a charcoal brioche bun! I felt a tad too much salt went into batter of the soft shell crab but this can be tweaked and I hope to taste a better burger because this burger has so much potential!
Cheese lovers you must try the Chicken Quesadilla, it's so cheesy you will be so excited when you see the cheese stretch! It was kinda salty though.
For more salted egg items, check out their Salted Egg Tofu Fries, thickly fried tofu sticks and drizzled on with generous salted egg sauce.
Salted Egg wings, a lil overwhelming I'd prefer their Burp Kitchen Wings, sweet and tangy Adobo sauce, Filipino recipe and it's refreshing!
