Had a lunch set here and it was delightful! When your Makan stall name has the word 'crackling' in it, you better damn well mean it. And they DO!! The set lunch included 2 types of pork, best way to describe is basically angmoh char Siew and angmoh seo Bak. I topped up $1 for angmoh roasted potatoes which were pretty good. A tad dry but that's style of cooking and not lack of cooking skills. The star was their CRACKLING seo Bak! The skin really very crunchy and tasty so every bite an enjoyment!

Very very enjoyable and very tasty lunch indeed. This would be come to if I'm here again.

I was really glad to try the roasted meats from Keith's Crackling Roast which was the most unassuming and quiet one around. Carnivorous humans would be delighted with the crackling and honey roast ($10 per small portion as pictured). We tried the honey roast first, which was juicy and succulent to every single bite and so good that I was swooning with happiness. The sweetness from the honey sauce melded with the fatty goodness of the pork, and without being cloying, it gave rise to the perfect tray of meat. This is very addictive and we could hardly stop! They also had the crackling roast which we bought home as takeaway. The crisp crackle of the pork roast was clear as day when the knife went through it, and survived well even hours later for dinner. Dinner party idea to impress your guests? Yes, definitely.

When I opened the box, there was mild roasted meat aroma. However, the taste was otherwise.

The Crackling Pork Roast did not have the similar savoury taste of Cantonese roast meat. Instead it was quite bland and dry. The skin was chewy and not crispy, maybe I buy takeaway and the meat had became cold.

The Honey Pork Roast also did not have the similar sweet malty taste of Cantonese roast meat. The meat was bland, lean and dry.

There was a brown sauce given, according to them it was apple sauce and it tasted sourish like vinegar. The brown sauce was good for dipping the bland roasted meat to enhance the palate.

Overall, I would still prefer roasted meat from the local hawker centre.

Ambience at Keith Crackling Roast is shared amongst the other stalls in PasarBella - The Farmer's Market @ The Grandstand. The common furniture is directly next to the stall, but most customers order takeaway. I like that Keith Crackling Roast provides a handy tray, which allows ease of holding even if you decide to eat on the go. The main attraction is their fantastic Sio Bak / Roast Pork Belly on display under warm lights, looking so appetizing!

Service at Keith Crackling Roast is friendly, and orders are fulfilled quickly. Not too difficult, as the main item on the small menu is their Sio Bak / Roast Pork Belly. But I like that staff do greet you with a smile, looking chirpy and upbeat.

The Sio Bak / Roast Pork Belly at Keith Crackling Roast is moist, not dry, with an extremely crisp skin that produces a satisfiying crunch, before giving way to the soft, moist, seasoned meat below. I like that the layers of fat are thin, adding a nice flavour, but also easily removed if you're more health conscious. Each portion is served with slices of fresh, crunchy cucumber, and a choice from 1 of 3 homemade sauces; either a tangy mustard wasabi sauce, a sweet apple sauce, or fiery chili flakes.

Absolutely loved the Crackling Roast Pork With Cucumber & Mustard Sauce (SGD $8 Regular, $15 Double)! The meat is moist and laced through with slivers of fat, carrying a well seasoned taste. The skin is so crisp, I almost feel rude eating it due to the loud crunch!
