Tucked in the midst of suburban Singapore in the Yishun district. The food is excellent & reasonably priced. The pepper steak is delicious and the serving size is very generous. The crispy chicken is also excellent but a little small for those with a big appetite. Service and ordering is fast, efficient and friendly. All in all, a good meal for a reasonable price. The food is not out-of-the-world amazing but definitely decent. Will be back. continue reading

Late nite on the way home, I pass by the coffee shop. As I am feeling hungry and has a craving for something porky, order the Pork Chop ($6.50). The pork chop is very tender and cut easily with the plastic knife. It flows easily down my throat as it is very tender. The fries is not crispy enough for my liking. Sauce is all over the box. Overall very delicious meal especially the pork. continue reading

I was in the mood to go western so i decided to get half of the barbecued chicken with rice. It was served with coleslaw and their special brown sauce over the rice. The chicken was nicely caramelised to give it a nicely charred layer of skin. The meat within still tasted tender and juicy. The coleslaw consisting thinly shredded cabbage and carrot mixed well in a nice dressing. The texture of the rice was a bit disappointed. The brown sauce did not help to enhance the flavor but ended up making the rice a little soggy. continue reading

My friend was the one who brought me here to eat few years ago. Had a sudden craving, so went to buy it this evening as my dinner. Surprisingly, the standard retains. The chicken chop rice is $4 and i added $1 of french fries, you can choose the amount of fries that you want. Their grilled chicken rice and fish & chips are nice too. They even had a scoop of mushroom gravy being pour over the rice. *drooollllssss~*I would recommend people to try it out. continue reading

This is my first time having Western at this coffee shop as usually I will go for the duck or chicken rice.During dinner time, there were tables of people having Western so I went with the flow. I ordered Chicken Chop.Nothing special, no 'wow' factor just the ordinary chicken chop you can find at any coffee shops. The fries was too salty. But for $4.50, it is value for money to have such a big portion chicken chop. continue reading
