The fish soup here has an extra ingredients that not many fish soup stall adds in and that is bitter gourd. Although I don't like to eat bitter gourd, I am able to accept the bitter gourd cooked in this fish soup as the bitterness is not that strong anymore. Another reason is that bitter gourd has so many advantages to our body. It's a healthy dish overall.
