Whenever I was alighting at Jurong East MRT and walking down the escalator, I could always smell the buttery aroma of bread from this bakery kiosk. Since I was cravy for some snacks, I bought a cheese bread from this bakery. The cost was $1.30.The cheese bread had a very cheesy and buttery aroma, even after eating and washing my hands, I could still smell the buttery aroma from my fingers. The bread texture was soft and fluffy, though not as fluffy as Bakers Talent ones. The buttery cheese on top was baked until crispy and it tasted good. Overall, the cheese bread from Ananas Deli was good and affordable. continue reading

Walked past Ananas Cafe this morning and decided to buy some sardine puffs for colleagues as tea-breakThe Sardine puffs are priced at $0.50 per piece, looks cheap but it's not cheap cos the size of the puff is just half my palm size! The fillings of the sardine puffs are also pathetic! All I can eat is only onion and nothing else; can't even find a piece of small sardine! Puff taste a little bland also. Totally not worth the $0.50The aunty behind the counter is also very rude continue reading

I love the cheese and ham from the ananas deli; I believe it is a chain-link deli from the ananas café which sell nasi lemak. The bun is pretty fresh and soft especially in the morning as they are freshly made; they are still hot/warm. The ananas deli is my favorite pick up, whenever I pass by jurong east in the morning. The cheese is still hot when I bought it. Wise choice for break-fast. continue reading
