Signature Dishes
Brought a box of the pumpkin kueh as snack.A box contain a total of 3 pumpkin kueh, equally cut. It has a light bright yellow colour that look very appealing, sprinkle with sesame seed and slice garlic. The texture wise, it has a very soft and spongy texture, light pumpkin aroma, not oily and has cube and slices of pumpkin inside the kueh. Other than the pumpkin kueh, it also has another type of flavour which is the yam flavour. Overall, taste good, but the price is a little too steep.

Unlike the usual yam kuehs and carrot kuehs, this pumpkin kuehs is much colourful, with that slightly bright orange and yellow colour on it. The texture is really smooth , moist and not too dry. lots of pumpkin slices can be found in this kueh, which added that sweetness from the pumpkin. The white sesame seeds that are topped on it has also added that extra unique fragrant and flavour to it too. The slice is quite thick and the price is reasonable. If you like the sweeter version, do dip it with some dark sweet sauce too.
