Having finished my shopping at Suntec City, I really felt like having something nice to bring down my hunger so I chose to go to Korean Cuisine Japan located near Esplanade MRT. I went for the Saba fish set. I am quite impressed with the way it was presented and how it tasted. The fish was well-cooked and turned out to be soft. It had some side dishes that tasted good as well. Overall, I enjoyed the food here. continue reading

Featured dishes for the stall were Ramen and Grilled foodies, it was located conveniently at Exit of Esplanade MRT (Circle Line). It had great combination of Korean and Japanese Cuisine. I decided to eat Ramen, there was handful choices of soup base. Well, I had mine with Spicy Kimchi Soup. Pure Kimchi broth with thin springy Ramen, it was spicy. The preserved veggie was crunchy and rich of aroma. The right amount of Seafood, Sweet Corn, Fungus and Chives, the ramen was savory enough. $6.50 for mine, Seafood version was priced higher. continue reading
