Signature Dishes
I had my first Naked Fish Express when I was walking around BukitPanjang Plaza. Initial impression was "what a weird name for a stall." then I was pretty surprised after ordering that it was served in NEWSPAPERS? and close look it was their personal company printed wrapper phew. Taking the first few bites of each, it was comforting and pleasant. the fries was nice, the chicken and fish was so crispy on the outside and tender/soft on the inside, everything was well flavoured. It reminded me of longjohn silvers but better! really wished there was bigger portion, but the price is right.

fish baked rice ($6)A 3 min walk from the school. As it was lunch time, it was quite crowded. however we managed to get seats. The staff were quite friendly and the service provided was quite efficient. I ordered the student meal which is $6. The fish given is quite generous. But the baked rice is just so so..

The fish and chips at this kiosk (mini store) is surprisingly good. Fish does not smell fishy at all. The breaded chicken is also tender and nicely fried. Recommend the feather and fins set where you get a piece of fish, a piece of breaded chicken and chips. Great take away food. Dinning there is not easy as they only have two tables.The store does need to improve their customer service though. Staff can learn to smile more and be less grouchy.
