Looking for authentic gravyful Fried Prawns Mee, I saw the stall and followed the queue. Gred A for cleanliness, the stall kept clean and top hygiene level all the while. Total of three guys with one guy was serving customers, one guy was packing food and the other was busying beside the stove. Coordinate and co-operation were important to set up a stall, they did it. Tempting appearance, it was appetizing. A dashed of Lime was a perfect, adding sour sense inside. Flavoursome broth was matched with springy noodles, I was craving for it. Squids and Shrimps were fresh, they were not over-cooked with the flesh still remain tender. I should request more chilli, it was well accompanied the whole. My order was the smallest version, $3.50 for it.
