

1.Dip the prawns in flour, egg, then cover it with breadcrumbs.

2.Deep fry the prawns until they are golden brown. Usually, this will take about 5-7 minutes.

3.While waiting for the prawns to cook, get one piece of seaweed and cover with sticky sushi rice. Once you’re done, turn it over then put the mayonnaise.

4.By the time you’re done, check the prawns if they’re already golden brown. Remove excess oil by placing them in tissue paper first.

5. Cut the head and tail. Place the prawn on the seaweed with rice. Roll using the sushi roller mat.

6.Once it’s done, cover in fish roe. Slice each prawn into 3 pieces.

7. Garnish plate using mayonnaise with wasabi. Place the maki. Add minced mangoes on top. Serve.
