Crabs are now in season at Park Royal on Beach Road. From 5 July to 31 August 2012, its award-winning buffet restaurant, Plaza Brasserie, presents us with a sumptuous crab feast all day… every day!
Start your meal right with their wide range of appetisers which include the Dijon Crab Cakes with Coriander Paste, Baked Crab Shell, Chilli Crab Roll with Vegetables, Crab Meat Gyoza with Dip Sauce, Bread Crab Claw, Mini Crab Meat Samosas, Olive and Potato Crabmeat Balls with Pesto, Crabmeat Paste, Baked Whole Salmon with Spicy Dip, and a variety of Dim Sum.

Remember not to spend most of your time in this section for there are still so many dishes to try out! For example, you can savour Chef Jackson Goh’s new crab recipes such as the Nonya Curry Crab, Butter Crab, Stir-Fried Crab with Egg Yolk, Thai Green Curry Mud Crab in Sichuan Style, and Stir-Fried Flower Crabs with Spring Onions and Ginger.
Plaza Brasserie also makes sure that their Noodles Section has more to offer. Take pleasure in their selection of Crab Meat Le Mein with Miso Paste and Condiments, Braised Tang Hoon with Live Crabs, Vegetables and Crabmeat Tempura with Condiments, and many more.
Stir-Fried Crab with Egg Yolk
If you’re opting for their hot varieties, feast on their Braised Pork Ball with Preserved Vegetable and Taro, Oatmeal Prawns, Stir-fried Chicken in Honey and Sesame, Fried Baby Kai Lan and Crabmeat Fried Rice, Crispy Soft Shell Crabs and Braised Sea Cucumber with Roast Pork and Mushrooms.
What’s a buffet without desserts? You may be pretty full by this time, but you cannot leave the restaurant without trying out their sweet offerings! They have Sweet Potato, Water Chestnut, Bubur Cha Cha, Mini French Pastries, Chocolate Truffle and Cheese Cake, Assorted Ice Cream, American Cheesecake, Chocolate Fondue served with Fresh Fruits and Dried Marshmallows.
