Fusing the local flavour of rendang together with its world-famous battered fish, chicken and shrimp, Long John Silver’s (LJS) celebrates Hari Raya this year with its all-new unique creations.
These new additions to the menu are made from 100% chicken breast fillet and wild-caught Pollock fish. Coated in LJS' signature batter, each of these golden favourites are served on a bed of steaming rice, coupled with breaded shrimps and topped with a generous serving of authentic rendang gravy and to-die-for crispy crumbs (gotta love em’).

To add on to the Hari Raya festivities, LJS is holding a Kebaya photo contest whereby fans can upload photos in LJS’ Facebook page. This contest – titled “Kebaya Photogenic” – began yesterday, 16 August 2012 and will end Wednesday, 22 August 2012. Twenty of the best entries will be selected and rewarded with very attractive prizes, such as rendang food vouchers.
