To celebrate the F1 race, the Moluccas Room and Marina Bay Sands have come up with a unique “pop-up” bar and entertainment concept known as the Finish Line.
This bar, which is located at the Southern Promenade, Bay Level in The Shoppes, is complimentary to all restaurant guests. It is open from 16 to 18 September 2011 - 5pm to 10pm and 19 to 25 September 2011 - 11am to 11pm.
Aside from their Mumm Champagne and contemporary Indonesian tapas, diners can also enjoy live screening of the event’s race as well as performances by guest DJs. A hobby car race track will also be set up at to allow F1 fans to get into the high-octane mood by pitting their remote control cars against one another.
