I have never tasted shepherd's pie other than the one my sister in law made. It was minced beef with mashed potatoes. Hence when I saw from the menu that the country pie was mashed potatoes with chicken chunks, I was so determined to have it. The country pie turns out to be very good, the mashed potatoes and the creamy chicken and cheese was made to perfection. The seafood bisque was too "fishy" taste for me, so I do not like it. The sandwich that we ordered used Tikka chicken and we find it too "curry-flavored" and we didn't like it, though the foccacia bread was good. The other dishes such as the pasta and the honey glaxed chicken was just average, nothing special to be commended.
Anyway the variety of the food dishes and the quiet and calm ambience at this outlet will definitely make me visit the restaurant again.
