This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting Javier's and probably coming back for more.Their signature fill the plate for $8.90 nett is what keeps me coming. If you're an average eater, 3 person can easy share one plate full and still have balance. Work that out, and each person pays about $3. Where else can you eat till you're bloated, and only pay $3 in orchard road?Unless Swensen's salad buffet, the selection here has strictly no meat. Their signature fill the plate for $8.90 nett is what keeps me coming. If you're an average eater, 3 person can easy share one plate full and still have balance. Work that out, and each person pays about $3. Where else can you eat till you're bloated, and only pay $3 in orchard road?

Unless Swensen's salad buffet, the selection here has strictly no meat. What you see are individual food, such as corn, vegetables, potato salad, pasta, potato wedges, and CHEEZE POWDER! Best of all, it comes with a soup (soup has chicken in it).

For the taste I would say it's good. The salad is fresh and the fried stuff isn't soggy. Potato salad is a must try for those who love this dish, because it's one of the best in town, comparable with pasta mania's.

During this visit, I went with a vegan and we have a great time sharing this plate of food. Total bill adds up to less than $20 with drinks, and it's a real great deal.
