The most important part of a plate of a Hokkien Mee is not just the noodle but the delicious prawn.The prawns served by Seng Huat Hokkien Mee is fresh, delicious and sweet too ! The tiger prawns were really great and make the dish even better!What's special about this dish is that they uses bee hoon noodles instead of the usual yellow noodle w kuey teowthis is mainly because of the convenience of using bee hoon however, it taste great with bee hoon !
