There’s absolutely no joy in eating thin pratas that are limp. For this kind of lousy pratas that taste flat as well, curry gravy is the only solution to make them marginally more palatable.However, at Prata wala, I ate my egg prata ($1.80), well, nice! However, at Prata wala, I ate my egg prata ($1.80), well, nice! That’s the way I usually eat eggpratas, provided they’re good. Without the interference of fish curry, I was able to fully enjoy the fluffy, crispy and flaky layers that were the result of folding the dough over several times. Also, I just loved the taste of freshly-made dough, which had a hint of sweetness to it.
