I love xiao long baos as proven in the photo showing 2 of them missing. I never can wait to eat it whole the moment it is served fresh and piping hot, scalding my tongue in the process.I would love to try all the 8 flavours, this outlet however only served 4. All were perfect, skin thin and even throughout, delicate but strong enough to contain just the right amount of filling and juice inside.
