This is our first time to go to Singapore. The tourist guide tells me that this is a well-known local cafe for it's kaya toast and coffee.

We could hardly locate it. We had been walking nearby and around for nearly an hour that we would like to give up. Howevere we were too hungry and tired that we really wanted to sit down for some food. Surprisingly we found it finally.

Like the local cafe in Hong Kong, this Ya Kun is very plain without decoration. We ordered 2 set A. One without egges as I don't like eggs in this way.

Coffee is very smooth and too strong in flavour thus not bitter. Toast is crispy with halfy melt mixture of better and thin layer of Kaya. Toast is think enough.

It was a very nice experience. After having this breakfast, taking a good rest, we could continue our journey.

Service is good. A waiter asked us in Cantonese if we would like to buy the Kaya butter. As we did not want to carry so many things that we hadn't bought.
