Lai Heng should focus on selling their Char quay if they weren't interested in churning out good char guay (fried carrot cake). Using the same wok, the stall owner had two woks but selected the one where he cooked his char kway teow, therefore the char gueh tasted so gooeyand wet, and there was no egg.. there's no white char quay too. And he also didn't go by the queue number, but served whoever that was waiting there first so we had to wait very long even after we waited at our seats.
