Fried food are always best when eaten hot, and the same applies to the food from dough culture. The Hum Chee Bing that I had was eaten straight away after buying. I bought the plain one, and it was very soft and salty, with slight taste of sweetness. The doughstick that i brought home however, was soggy already and had an extremely oily texture to it. Bad choice to buy it home. The review probably wont do justice to the you tiao, as it was left in the plastic bags for a period of time.
