My siblings and I wanted to get a cake for my mom hence we decided to head to Greenwich as it's the nearest to our place. There are probably.. 4 shop which sell cakes. My sister suddenly remembered that my mom said she wanted to try the ice cream cake hence we went over to get it. The sponge is something like red velvet cake, not that bad but I just dont fancy hard sponges, I prefer soft and those which can melt inside your mouth and it's so saliva-drooling till I can't wait for the next mouthful bite.
This is how it looks after slicing everything. there are only.. 6 pieces which cost $44. However this is definitely better than Swensens and it's cheaper too!
